Paul Overman had purchased his property with me several years ago. When it came time to sell he thought the property would get better exposure through a big name real estate office, after all they advertise on TV. I can understand his thought process. Trust me; there are plenty of others who think the same. After almost 2 years without even an offer and the property listing expired, Paul turned back to me. I explained that all my listings go out to ALL the major real estate websites and are posted on them just like the other big real estate office but in addition they are entered into 3 Multiple Listing Services covering the larger part of all of Colorado. I explain we as well market internationally and the property would receive HUGE exposure, more than that big named real estate office who also advertises on TV.
Paul and I always had an excellent relationship and the property he was selling was an incredible property. I told him I was at a loss for why it hadn't sold. I promised him I would give it everything I had to get it sold. Now the fact that I personally loved the property and promoted it on the web with some great pictures I took and added some very colorful descriptions probably had a lot to do with it selling in a matter of a couple of months. People searching for a property to purchase could sense my enthusiasm and thus I had numerous qualified buyers that I was showing the property to constantly! The fact is we take a personal involvement and commitment in our clients and the property. It really is the defining reason for our success. As so many of our client tell us, "You treat it as if it's your own property". I couldn't say it any better! Below is Paul's letter.

Craig sold our property in the dead of winter, which at 10,000 feet elevation is no easy feat!
