The Chaffee County Board of Realtors in Salida, Colorado reports 91 Leadville Homes For Sale from $40,000-$2,100,000. There are 4 properties reported as pending sales from $65,000 to $190,000, 1 property listed as a contingent pending sale for $240,000 and 10 home sales that have closed between $80,000-625,000.

The Summit County Board of Realtors in Dillon, Colorado reports19 Leadville Land For Sale between $34,900 and a commercial property for $2,550,000, with 11 pending sales from $15,000 to $235,000.
The Chaffee County Board of Realtors in Salida, Colorado reports 87 Leadville Land For Sale between $16,000-$249,000 and a commercial property for $2,550,000. It is reporting 4 pending sales from $75,000 to $110,000 and 3 closed sales from $7,500 to $100,000.
Although sales appear to be off in Leadville, Colorado, don't be fooled. The activity will be picking up as the Holidays are here. This is a typical pattern that the market takes this time of year.
